Videos on Youtube , metacafe, dailymotion and facebook are embedded into webpages using Flash and users have no way of storing these videos for later views.You can download such videos by using Free Download Manager.
To download a video from a video hosting site these are the following steps:
Step 1 Click on Flash Video download tab.
Step 2 Click on Create flash video download button.
Step 3 Enter the URL of the site you want to download the video from.
Step 4 Click on View list of supported sites to get an idea of which sites are supported by Free Download Manager.
Step 5 Enter the exact address of the Youtube video you want to download in the URL text box and click OK.
Step 6 FDM will first download the page and then download the video from the site to C:\Downloads.The video will saved as .flv video which you can play using VLC Player.
